President

Marty began his career with First Security Services Corporation in 1989 as a Financial Analyst.  Within a year, Marty was the appointed the Manager of Financial Analysis.  In 1994, he was named the Vice President of the Electronic Security Services Division.  After the acquisition by Niscayah in 2000, he was named the Regional Vice President.  In 2005, Marty was appointed the Chief Operating Officer of the U.S. systems integration business.  

B.A. (1986) and M.B.A. (1988) from The George Washington University.  Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School’s Achieving Breakthrough Service.   Former Intern, U.S. State Department, Washington D.C.  In a volunteer capacity, he served for seven years as the National Finance Chair for the National Association of Catholic Chaplains, Milwaukee, WI.
