Service/Installation Technicians report to Project Managers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting the Project Manager in design, performing installation startup and closeout of all jobs, and tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.
Responsibilities
- Installation and service of access control, CCTV, and burglar alarm systems.
- Assist in designing and trouble shooting in a variety of systems
- Ability to manage multiple small to mid scale installations within budget and on time.
- High level of customer interaction
- Testing all equipment after termination is made to ensure performance of system.
- Work in compliance with the company safety manual with safety of self and others in mind at all times.
- All paper work is turned in on time and filled out completely.
- All work is performed to Niscayah’s standards and quality installation techniques are practiced.
- Daily communications with Project Manager on delays, requirements and general status of jobs.
- Works with Systems Engineers on startup to ensure complete system compliance.
- Works with Project Manager to ensure complete closeout and turn over of jobs to client and service department.
Knowledge/Experience
- 2+years experience in electronic security
- Candidates must be computer literate. Computer networking knowledge a plus.
- Detailed oriented, results driven individual.
- Experience with products including Lenel, Casi Rusco, Software House, Bosch, Ademco preferred
- Clean driving record.
- Excellent attitude, work ethic and work quality are a must.
