Niscayah does not use forced or any form of involuntary labor or employ any person below the age of 15 or below the legal minimum age if higher than 15.  Niscayah respects the rights of all employees to form and join trade unions of their choice and to bargain collectively in accordance with local laws and principles.  Niscayah shall comply with applicable working time regulations reflected in national legislation or industry standards.  Discrimination, bullying and harassment are not tolerated within Niscayah.  Niscayah is committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment for its employees and subcontractors.
